All amenities and common areas feature passive infrared sensors as well as occupancy dimming to reduce energy use throughout the building
LED light fixtures are installed on the exterior of the building
During construction, materials were recycled or salvaged to divert as much as possible away from the landfills

88% of the plants and trees planted at Wynwood 25 are drought-tolerant and include soil moisture sensors to reduce water irrigation needs and promote water conservation
All lavatory faucets, shower heads and toilets are low flow to further reduce water use

Green cleaning environmentally friendly maintenance (green cleaning products used throughout amenities and common areas)
Each apartment home and amenity space includes high-efficiency air filtration systems with MERV 8 filters for improved indoor air quality
Energy Star dishwashers are included in every home
Smoke free building, smoking is prohibited throughout the community
Reduced smoke exposure and transfer
