Energy
- Wynwood 25 is 23% more energy efficient than the current Florida Energy Code
- On-site electric car charging stations
- Low emitting fuel parking spaces for fuel efficient vehicles
- Covered bike storage
- All amenities and common areas feature passive infrared sensors as well as occupancy dimming to reduce energy use throughout the building
- LED light fixtures are installed on the exterior of the building
- During construction, materials were recycled or salvaged to divert as much as possible away from the landfills
Water Efficiency and Conservation
- 88% of the plants and trees planted at Wynwood 25 are drought-tolerant and include soil moisture sensors to reduce water irrigation needs and promote water conservation
- All lavatory faucets, shower heads and toilets are low flow to further reduce water use
Healthy Homes
- Green cleaning environmentally friendly maintenance (green cleaning products used throughout amenities and common areas)
- Each apartment home and amenity space includes high-efficiency air filtration systems with MERV 8 filters for improved indoor air quality
- Energy Star dishwashers are included in every home
- Smoke free building, smoking is prohibited throughout the community
- Reduced smoke exposure and transfer
